Just want to share a simple card layout. This is a congratulations card I made for the arrival of a baby girl. Enjoy...
Instructions :
- lay cream card stock (the one for the congrats label) over the pink card at the position you want.
- use paisley rubber stamp with pink shadow ink and stamp all over with the cream card stock over the pink cardstock, so that the paisley print is complete and aligned.
- Using alphabet stamps to stamp the word CONGRATS using different colour pigment ink.
- Using the pink shadow ink, edge round the entire cream cardstock so it creates a nice border around the card.
- Matt cream cardstock over another cream cardstock so that the matting effect will make the note stand out in a more 3D effect.
- Using another piece of cream cardstock, stamp "It's a Girl" and again, using pink shadow ink, edge the entire card. Put embellishment such as ribbons, buttons or eyelets (your preference) on the card if you wish.
- Paste the "It's a girl" cardstock on the pink card first.
- Layer the "Congrats" cardstock over the pink and "It's a girl" cardstock.
